Earrings Deana tatting pattern
I created this bracelet in honor of my internet friend Deana. And this pattern continues my “thank you” jewelry collection. She has been doing tatting for many years. And she is a wonderful master of her craft, I assure you! You could say that Deana is a star in the world of needlewomen. Now do you understand why the earrings named after her are shaped like a star? But this pattern also looks like a snowflake. By the way, this wonderful lady’s birthday is at the very end of autumn, on the eve of winter and Christmas holidays.
This pattern is for tatting with one shuttle. But you can also make this pattern with needle.
I used red polyester threads #50, Czech calibrated seed beads 1 mm and glass rondelles 3×4 mm. In this case, the earring size is about 5,5cm ( 2,25in ) in diameter. All beads in the earrings are not sewn on, but woven in during the process.
Level: meddle. You should be able to make a Ring, Chain and picot with beads.
This item consist written instructions in English , graphic diagram, photo and video tutorial. So, you will need Adobe Acrobat or other PDF reading software to access the file. The pattern consists of 5 pages and has a size of about 3.01 MB . In addition, an active link to an additional video is also contained in the PDF file. I also added a graphic chart indicating the number of double stitches (for advanced tutters).
